Dr. Olfa Koobar is a French Consultant Neonatologist at CMC and pediatrician in Dubai and head of the NICU. She has an MD in Pediatrics and a subspecialty in Neonatology. She worked in France and then in the middle east for the last few years. She gained expertise in handling premature babies from 23 weeks of gestational age.
